Hands in the air, it’s Founder’s Day! An annual tradition, Founder’s Day is a day for students to let loose and have a little fun. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but it didn’t stop us from looking hot and feeling festive. Actually, the drizzle almost fit the theme perfectly: Under the Sea.

So Sun is from South Korea and is a senior, majoring in Drama and Media Studies with a focus on computer science and the performing arts. She is more interested in the production aspects — lighting and sound design — and is currently working on her Media Studies thesis about virtual reality within the entertainment industry. She has been leading Vassar Sori (the traditional Korean music drumming club) to spread diverse cultural experiences on campus.
Sosun also keeps a blog at http://www.sosunnyproject.wordpress.com
Payton is from Dallas, TX and an Italian major with a Film minor. She has always had an affinity for Edie Sedgwick’s style during Andy Warhol’s Factory Era. Fun fact: her wingspan is 2 inches longer than her entire body.
Stephanie is a junior Computer Science major from Morganville, NJ. Her style is adventurous while maintaining a laid back vibe; she will never sacrifice comfort for fashion. She loves to mix and match prints and textures, and sometimes tries to add a touch of edge into her looks. Stephanie is a major bargain hunter and thrifts like no other (tip: if you’re small enough, check out the children’s section). In her spare time, she loves to geek out with Pokemon and Mario Kart (N64 version only, of course).
Priscilla is a junior and Neuroscience major obsessed with brains, so be nice to her 😉 Originally born and raised in Ghana, she embodies a rich and colorful culture which radiates in her fashion sense. She doesn’t have a particular fashion inspiration but Solange Knowles may come close to it since she wears lots of prints, particularly African print. Other than that, Priscilla wears what appeals to her, is decent, comfortable, and most likely ‘printed.’
